Why it's written this way

Pressure washing is judged on the after photo. The invoice should say what "after" was supposed to be.

Why list surfaces by type?

Soft wash and pressure wash are different methods with different risk. Listing each surface shows what was done and protects you if a surface was excluded.

Why separate chemicals?

Soft washing is mostly chemistry. A visible line explains why the house wash costs more than the driveway.

Why note pre-existing damage?

Loose paint comes off. Saying so in writing before the job is the only protection.
